Far from vessels of sorrow
Far from navigation
Older than this chain of light older
Than any notion any –
Where older than the first
Moment of –
There.
Once.
Unplotted
But carried through & perfumed
For every sense –
Beware the soul made fat
With ascent toward a
Known God.
